Understanding the unique needs of Snow Lodge Hotel, we recommended our innovative ice silk fabrics for their bedding. These fabrics are designed to be warm in winter and cool in summer, ensuring guests experience optimal comfort year-round.
In addition to this, we recognized that most people in France prefer sleeping on mattresses that offer a soft, cloud-like sensation while still providing strong support. To achieve this, we incorporated both latex and memory foam into our mattress design. These materials, combined with the firmness of premium five-zone pocket springs, ensure that sleepers get the necessary support while still feeling soft and enveloping.
Overcoming Challenges in Transportation
Although the order process went smoothly, we faced the challenge of the customer changing the logistics company after the goods were sent to the international logistics company。This change increased the shipping time, and the compression and rolling time of the mattress was extended from 1 month to 3 months. Because the material of the large edge of this mattress is quite special, I was worried that the long rolling time would affect the recovery of the wrinkles after unpacking.
Despite this challenge, But in the end it did not disappoint me, the superior quality still stands the test, the customer opened the package and the overall recovery was very beautiful,the quality of our mattresses remained exceptional after the recovery period. We were delighted to receive feedback from the hotel three months post-delivery, reporting that guests highly praised the mattresses. Many guests noted that the mattresses provided much-needed relief from the fatigue of a day spent skiing, enhancing their overall stay at the hotel.
